How to bake our pain au chocolat

1. Defrosting the pain au chocolat dough is key. Place them outside of the freezer under a tea towel for at least 2 hours, or leave them in the fridge overnight.
2. Place a piece of parchment paper onto your baking tray and lay out your Pain au Chocolat leaving approximately 10cm space between them.
3. (Optional - whisk 1 egg and gently brush each generously with egg wash).
4. Preheat your fan oven to 180°C
5. Bake in centre of the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
6. Enjoy your Comptoir pain au chocolat!
