This pastry class was very well organised in a beautiful location. Generously, they gifted us with a mountain of croissant to make many many croissant at home and the baked croissant that we made. You also get a beautiful apron at the end. It was a great way to spend Saturday morning learning a delicious skill.

really enjoyed the puff pastry workshop. It was well-organized, informative, and offered a great mix of theory and hands-on practice. The instructor was clear and approachable, making the process of working with puff pastry easy.

Wonderful experience, bought for a birthday. Loved the free drink and apron as a part of the ticket price, plus taking home parts that we could make at home. Excellent instructor and 'assistant', one of the best cooking/baking classes we've ever been to. Will definitely be coming back!

Wir durften in London an einem fantastischen Workshop teilnehmen und haben dabei nicht nur Croissants, Pain au Chocolat und Pain aux Raisins von Grund auf selbst gebacken, sondern auch jede Menge gelernt.
Die Atmosphäre war unglaublich herzlich, das Team super freundlich und hilfsbereit – und am Ende sind wir mit einer vollen Tasche himmlischem Gebäck und einem Lächeln nach Hause gegangen.
Absolute Empfehlung für alle Backbegeisterten!
