A great Saturday morning.

This pastry class was very well organised in a beautiful location. Generously, they gifted us with a mountain of croissant to make many many croissant at home and the baked croissant that we made. You also get a beautiful apron at the end. It was a great way to spend Saturday morning learning a delicious skill.

I highly recommend it, especially for people who love fresh brioche or want to learn how to make it.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the brioche workshop! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely memorable. The staff were not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly polite and welcoming. Their guidance was clear and supportive, making it easy and fun to follow along—whether you’re a beginner or have some baking experience.

The environment itself was brilliant—warm, inviting, and perfectly set up for a hands-on baking session. It created such a positive and inspiring atmosphere that made the whole workshop even more special. I left not only with delicious brioche but also with new skills and lovely memories.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves baking or just wants to try something different and rewarding!

Great Workshop – Highly Recommend

really enjoyed the puff pastry workshop. It was well-organized, informative, and offered a great mix of theory and hands-on practice. The instructor was clear and approachable, making the process of working with puff pastry easy.

We had the chance to try different techniques and fillings, and it was satisfying to see how everything came together by the end. I especially appreciated the practical tips that can be easily applied at home.

Overall, it was a fun and relaxed environment, perfect for both beginners and those with some baking experience. I left with a box of pastries I was proud of and a much better understanding of the process. Definitely worth it for anyone looking to build their skills or try something new.

One of the best classes we've attended

Wonderful experience, bought for a birthday. Loved the free drink and apron as a part of the ticket price, plus taking home parts that we could make at home. Excellent instructor and 'assistant', one of the best cooking/baking classes we've ever been to. Will definitely be coming back!

Wir durften in London an einem fantastischen Workshop teilnehmen und haben dabei nicht nur Croissants, Pain au Chocolat und Pain aux Raisins von Grund auf selbst gebacken, sondern auch jede Menge gelernt.
Die Atmosphäre war unglaublich herzlich, das Team super freundlich und hilfsbereit – und am Ende sind wir mit einer vollen Tasche himmlischem Gebäck und einem Lächeln nach Hause gegangen.

Best workshop

I’ve arranged a pastry class for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. The class felt private and everyone could hear and put into practice what the Master Pastry Chef was teaching.
Everyone had been served coffees or teas and left with a goodie bag at the end too.
Was an excellent experience and cannot recommend it more!
