How to bake the mini pink croissant

Mini Pink Croissants recipe

1. Defrosting the croissant dough is key. Place them outside of the freezer under a tea towel for at least 2 hours, or leave them in the fridge overnight.
2. Place a piece of parchment paper onto your baking tray and lay out your croissants leaving approximately 10cm space between them.
3. (Optional) whisk 1 egg and gently brush each croissant with egg wash.
4. Preheat your oven to 180°C
5. Bake in centre of the oven for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
7. Enjoy your Comptoir mini pink croissant at home!
