Office Catering
Can I amend my delivery slot or items?
If you need to make changes to your order, such as the delivery slot or items, you’ll need to cancel the current order and place it again.
Before canceling, make sure there’s enough time to submit a new order, as all cancellations and orders must be made by 11am, two days before the delivery date.
How to cancel your order:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Navigate to ‘My Orders.’
- Select ‘Cancel Order’ and confirm by clicking ‘Yes, Cancel Order.’
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Please note, as we use only the freshest ingredients ordered specifically for your event, cancellations after the cut-off time cannot be accommodated to reduce waste.
Home Delivery
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
We make one delivery attempt per order. If no one is available to receive it, your order will be returned to the bakery. You’ll still be able to collect your order from the bakery before closing time. However, if the food has been left out for an extended period and is no longer safe to eat, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
For any uncollected orders, we donate them to our charity partner at the end of the day.
If you’d like us to deliver to a safe place or a neighbor, email us your instructions at least 24 hours before your delivery is due.
How do I amend my order?

Click & Collect
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your Click & Collect order online by navigating to the ‘My Orders’ section or following the link in your confirmation email.
As with deliveries, orders must be canceled by 11am, two days before the collection date. Same-day Click & Collect orders cannot be canceled.
What happens if I don’t collect my order on time?
You can still collect your order before the bakery closes. However, if the food has been out for too long, some items may no longer be safe to eat, and refunds won’t be issued in these instances. Uncollected items are donated to our charity partner at the end of the day.
General FAQs
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes, you can! Just ensure the following:
- Provide a UK-based contact number for our delivery driver.
- Confirm that the recipient is aware of the delivery.
- For surprise deliveries, make sure the recipient will be available to accept the order.
Please note: We make one delivery attempt. Unclaimed food can be collected from the bakery before closing, but refunds will not be issued for uncollected or unsafe items.
Bakery School Refund
Refund policy
If your written request is received more than 30 days before the event is due to begin, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, less the administrative fee. Every request should be emailed at workshop@comptoirbakery.co.uk. All request received later will not be considered. A fee of £15 + VAT per booking applies.
Rescheduling :
Rescheduling of bookings is available provided you give at least 15 days' notice prior to the class. A fee of £15 + VAT per booking applies. Requests made less than 15 days prior to the class cannot be accepted.
