- Defrost your croissant sheet for one hour at room temperature.
- Unroll your Croissant Sheet and cut into 5 triangles.
- Roll each triangle from the large edge to the point to make croissants.
- Place each croissant onto your baking tray leaving 3cm between each.
- Whisk 1 egg and gently brush each croissant generously with egg wash.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C, bake in centre of the fan oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Enjoy your home baked croissant from Comptoir!
