How to bake and shape your croissant sheet dough

1. Defrost your croissant sheet for one hour at room temperature.
2. Unroll your Croissant Sheet and cut into 5 triangles.
3. Roll each triangle from the large edge to the point to make croissants.
4. Place each croissant onto your baking tray leaving 3cm between each.
5. Whisk 1 egg and gently brush each croissant generously with egg wash.
6. Preheat your oven to 180°C, bake in centre of the fan oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
8. Enjoy your home baked croissant from Comptoir!
