
Use your puff pastry dough for your tarts, quiches or pie!
- Defrost your croissant sheet for one hour at room temperature.
- Unroll your sheet dough and place it in your mould.
- Whisk 1 egg and gently brush the dough (optional), use a fork to apply some little holes.
- Fill the dough with dry beans to pre-bake the dough
- Preheat your oven to 180°C, bake in centre of the fan oven for 15-18 minutes. The dough will be pre-baked.
- Take the beans off the dough, and you will have the base for your dish!
