Choux pastry is the base for some of the most beloved treats, from éclairs to cream puffs, profiteroles to gougères. Whether you’re a baking enthusiast or a complete beginner, this class will guide you through every step of creating the perfect choux dough and crafting delicious pastries.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the essential techniques of making choux pastry from scratch, including how to achieve the right consistency, pipe beautiful shapes, and bake them to golden perfection.
You will be learning & making:
- Paris-Brest
- Eclair au Chocolat
- Choux Choux Crème (with craquelin)
