BRIOCHE WORKSHOP
Join our Brioche workshop and learn the techniques behind our exclusive products and our number one most popular item: the 'Brionut'. From mixing and kneading the enriched, buttery dough to shaping and baking, you’ll master every step of the process.
Perfect your skills to create a soft, golden brioche with its signature light and airy texture. As well as making a variety of fillings for them, from pistachio cream to strawberry and cream. This hands-on class is ideal for learning how we make our brioche and trying something completely unique.
In this workshop you will be making:
- Our famous Pistachio Brionut
- A Tarte Tropézienne
- A Brioche Tressée aux Pépites de Chocolat
Complementary:
- A welcome drink will be offered at your arrival (limited to the coffee menu - matcha included)
- Sweet treat will be offered for the break
- Official Comptoir apron included with every lessons! (RRP £20)
