Join us for a deliciously hands-on baking experience and learn how to make your own soft, fluffy Hot Cross Brioche Buns from scratch.
During this workshop, you’ll discover the secrets behind perfectly enriched brioche dough, warm spice blends, and beautifully piped crosses.
This workshop is suitable for all levels as you will be guided by our chef ! You will mix, knead, shape, and bake your buns to perfection.
What you will be making:
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with 4 freshly baked hot cross brioche buns ready to enjoy.
