STRAWBERRY TART
For summer, we developed the classic strawberry tart but we added some touch to make it special!
The strawberry are infused in mint and the cream is made with sharp lime. The balance between the flavours is incredible.
The crust pastry has a thin layer of almond cream to keep the crust crunchy and tasty.
Serve between 6 to 8 persons.
We need 48 hours notice to make the tart.
