Bûche de Noël (or Yule Log) Workshop
The iconic French Bûche de Noël is more than just a dessert – it’s the showstopping centrepiece of any Christmas table, steeped in tradition and festive spirit.
In this joyful and indulgent workshop, you’ll learn how to craft the entire Chocolate & Vanilla Yule Log from start to finish.
Together with our expert bakers, you will:
- Bake a light, airy Vanilla sponge as the foundation.
- Prepare a rich and velvety chocolate cream filling.
- Master the rolling technique to achieve that perfect swirl.
- Finish with exquisite festive decoration that transforms your log into a true pièce de résistance.

- A welcome drink will be offered at your arrival (limited to the coffee menu - matcha included)
