Under the guidance of our bakers, you’ll learn how to prepare six exquisite biscuits completely from scratch – three traditional French sweet biscuits and three savoury ones – offering the perfect balance for every Christmas craving.
Throughout the class, you’ll discover the techniques that make these recipes special, from mixing and shaping to achieving the perfect bake. Along the way, we’ll share tips for decoration and presentation, so your biscuits not only taste incredible but also look beautifully festive.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll pack your creations into one of our exclusive Comptoir tins – making a thoughtful handmade gift for someone special, or simply the perfect companion for a cosy evening at home with a Christmas film. Whether you’re baking to share, to gift, or to enjoy yourself, this workshop is a wonderful way to bring a little extra cheer to the season.
