Our chocolate tart hide a layer of salted caramel and give another level to the classic chocolate tart.
We use our 55% chocolate, balanced with the cream and the salted caramel. You cannot stop taking a new slice of it!
The crust pastry has a thin layer of almond cream to keep the crust crunchy and tasty.
Serve between 6 to 8 persons.
We need 48 hours notice to make the tart.
